TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team will continue HCAC competition hosting Franklin College on Wednesday, October 16 at 7 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers enter the match leading the HCAC with a record of 5-4-3 overall and 3-0-1 in the HCAC.
* The team comes off a big win over Berea with a final score of 3-0.

Cameron Hannah has been the star for the Fightin' Engineers totaling 12 points on five goals and two assists.
* Hannah leads the conference with three game-winning goals.

Julius Salinas leads the team in assists with four so far this season ranking third in the conference.
*
John Biederstedt has been reliable in the net for the Fightin' Engineers leading the conference in goals-against average (1.100), save percentage (82%), and shutouts (3).

Michael Trinh has also seen time in goal for Rose-Hulman with 5 saves, a 1.00 goals-against average, and a 71.4% save percentage.
* Head Coach
Sean Helliwell earned his 200th career victory at the helm of the Fightin' Engineers men's soccer program in the match against Bluffton earlier this year.
* Rose-Hulman has been selected to win the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in the league's preseason poll receiving 79 points and 7 first-place votes.
* The Fightin' Engineers finished last season with a record of 12-5-3 overall and 6-2-1 in the HCAC to claim the #3 seed in the postseason tournament.
* The team went on to win the HCAC Tournament taking out the top two teams in the league to advance to their second consecutive NCAA Tournament.

* Franklin enters the match against Rose-Hulman with a record of 0-11-2 so far this season.
* The team comes off a tough loss to Bluffton on Saturday with a final score of 2-0.
* Theo Sasso leads the team with four goals and one assist totaling nine points this season.
* Ian Rowe is the team's leading goalkeeper with 84 saves, a 3.04 goals-against average, and a 68.9% save percentage.
* The Grizzlies have been picked to finish tied for eighth with Bluffton in the HCAC preseason poll receiving 28 pionts.
* After facing Rose-Hulman, the Grizzlies will travel to face Mount St. Joseph on Saturday, October 19 at 8:30 PM.
