TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team continues their 2024 spring season with a match against Davenport at 10 AM on Wednesday at the USTA National Tennis Center.
ROSE-HULMANÂ WOMEN'S TENNIS NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers come into the match at 0-5Â on the season despite a very hard schedule.
* Rose-Hulman dropped both matches on Monday, 6-3, to open their spring trip against Wartburg and Grove City.

Taylor Goldman leads the Fightin' Engineers with seven singles wins this season.
*
Wynne Aldrich has also added five singles wins after a perfect 2-0 day on Monday.
* In doubles, Goldman and Aldrich lead with six wins, and
Ella Dorfmueller has added a pair.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish 2nd in the HCAC this spring after their 3rd place finish in 2022-23.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return to the court on Thursday, February 29 at 1 PM as they travel to Bartow, Florida to battle Warner University.
DAVENPORT NOTES:
* Davenport comes in at 8-3 overall this season and on a two-match winning streak.
* The Panthers have a match on Tuesday against Division I St. Bonaventure before playing Rose-Hulman on Wednesday.
* Amy Bloch leads the team in singles wins at #1 singles with a 7-6 record. Isabella Carofano has added 6 singles wins for Davenport as well.
* In doubles, the duo of Hermon Mikael and Skye Vandeluer has dominated at 2 doubles with a record of 12-1.
* The Panthers wrap up their spring trip with Rose-Hulman. They will return to the court on Sunday, March 10 as they host Division I Oakland University.
SERIES HISTORY:
* Davenport won the only ever meeting with Rose-Hulman back in 2018.
* The Panthers beat the Fightin' Engineers 6-3 with only four players on their team.
