TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team returns to their home courts this weekend with a pair of home matches against Anderson and IU-Kokomo. The Fightin' Engineers will host the Ravens on Saturday, March 23 at 12:30 PM in their third HCAC contest of the season before taking on the Cougars on Sunday, March 24 at 1 PM to close out the weekend.
ROSE-HULMANÂ WOMEN'S TENNIS NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers come into the match at 2-8 on the season with a very hard schedule. The team has played four of their ten matches against Division I or Division II opponents.
* Rose-Hulman has picked up two wins in their last three matches after taking down Manchester (9-0) and Hanover (7-2).

Taylor Goldman and
Wynne Aldrich leads the Fightin' Engineers with nine singles wins this season. Aldrich brought home the lone match win against the DePauw Tigers last Tuesday in a three-set thriller at #2 singles.
*
Camille Clark and
Brooke Carpenter also come in with multiple singles wins on the season.
* In doubles, Goldman and Aldrich lead with eight wins, and
Ella Dorfmueller has added three wins.
* Carpenter,
Kiana Martin, and
Cathrine Millwood all picked up their first wins of the season in last Saturday's win over Manchester.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish 2nd in the HCAC this spring after their 3rd place finish in 2022-23.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return to the road for the first time in nearly a month on Thursday, April 4Â as they travel to Indianapolis to take on Marian.
ANDERSON NOTES:
* Anderson comes in at 4-7 overall and 0-0 in the HCAC.
* The Ravens are just 1-6 in the spring season with the lone win coming over Crown in Florida.
* Anderson will play Trine on Thursday before taking on Rose-Hulman on Saturday.
* Gabby Hosier leads the team with an 8-3 singles record on the season.
* Kate Oberle leads Anderson in doubles wins with five and is the only Raven with a winning record in doubles.
* The Ravens return to action on Sunday as they host the Wittenberg Tigers for their third match in four days.
IU-KOKOMO NOTES:
* IU-Kokomo comes in at 3-6 overall on the season and 1-0 in the River States Conference.
* The Cougars are coming off a 6-1 loss to Ottawa (KS) in their last match.
* IU-Kokomo will battle Division I IUPUI in a doubleheader on Friday before making the trip to Terre Haute on Sunday.
* The three wins on the season for IU-Kokomo have come against Trine, St. Francis, and IU-Southeast.
* After playing Rose-Hulman, the Cougars will kick up play in the RSC into full gear with a pair of home matches against Oakland City and Shawnee State on April 5-6.
SERIES HISTORY (Anderson):
* Rose-Hulman leads the all-time series 14-10 over Anderson.
* The Fightin' Engineers have dropped their last three matches with the Ravens including falling 5-4 in both matches last season.
* Rose-Hulman's last win over Anderson came 5-3 in the 2021 HCAC Tournament.
SERIES HISTORY (IU-Kokomo):
* IU-Kokomo leads the all-time series 1-0 over Rose-Hulman with the lone match coming back in 2019.
* The Fightin' Engineers fell 8-1 with the lone win coming from Naomi Bhagat at #1 singles.
* Despite the 8-1 score line, the top four singles spots were all competitive with three of them going to three sets.
