Men's Tennis Faces Greenville on Friday at 5 PM CT

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's tennis team will travel to take on Greenville University on Friday, April 12 at 5 PM CT as they put their three-game win streak on the line.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman enters the match with a record of 9-4 overall and 3-0 in the HCAC. 
* The Fightin' Engineers have wins in four of their last five matches over Manchester, Hanover, Anderson, and Principia with the lone loss coming to DePauw.
Grant Paradowski leads the Fightin' Engineers in singles wins this season at 13-6 overall, and freshman Ervin Perkowski has also played lights out with 10 singles wins this season.
* Perkowski also paces the team in doubles wins this season with 11, and Paradowski has added 10. Chris Lian and Rhian Seneviratne also have eight doubles wins for Rose-Hulman.
* Rose-Hulman had its streak of seven consecutive HCAC Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances snapped last year after falling in the HCAC Semifinals. They finished the 2022-23 season at 10-10 with a 4-2 record in the HCAC.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return to action on Wednesday, April 17 as they host the Southern Indiana Screamin' Eagles at 4:30 PM.

GREENVILLE NOTES:
* Greenville enters their match against Rose-Hulman with a record of 10-5 overall.
* The Panthers have won five consecutive matches including a pair of 6-0 victories over Franklin and Hanover, a pair of HCAC foes.
* Andres Sanchez leads Greenville in wins with a 13-2 overall record at #1 singles. 
* Jean Rigaud Sanabria has added double digit singles wins with a 10-3 record at #4 and #5 singles.
* The #2 doubles duo of Clark Kent and Luke Motsinger has been the top doubles team at 7-3 on the season.
* After playing Rose-Hulman, Earlham will travel to face Anderson University on Saturday, April 13.

* The Fightin' Engineers lead the all-time series 13-8 over the Greenville Panthers.
* Greenville has won the last 2 matches in the series with a 7-2 win in 2023 and 8-1 win in 2022.
* Rose-Hulman won 9 of the last 10 matches from 2005 to 2018.
* Owen Reynolds and Corey Pollard picked up wins at #1 and #6 singles in last season's loss to the Panthers.
