TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team will face Anderson University in the HCAC Semifinal on Saturday, May 4 at 1 PM in Nicholasville, Ky. at Top Seed Tenis Club. The winner will advance to the HCAC Championship on Sunday, May 5 at 1 PM against the winner of Transylvania and Hanover. There will be no live video or live stats for this match. 

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers finished the regular season with a record of 4-13 overall and 4-2 in the HCAC to earn the #2 seed in the HCAC Tournament. 
* Rose-Hulman had a perfect 4-0 record in conference play before dropping their last two matches of the regular season against Transylvania 8-1, and Earlham 5-4. 
* Wynne Aldrich leads the team with 15 singles wins on the season. Taylor Goldman has also added double digit singles wins with 12.
* In doubles, Goldman and Aldrich lead with 13 wins, and Ella Dorfmueller has added five wins.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish 2nd in the HCAC this spring after their 3rd place finish in 2022-23.
* With a win over Anderson, the Fightin' Engineers will advance to the HCAC Championship on Sunday against the winner of Transylvania and Hanover. 

ANDERSON NOTES:
* Anderson enters the weekend with a record of 9-12 overall after defeating Earlham in the opening round of the HCAC Touranment with a final score of 5-4. 
* Gabby Hosier leads the Ravens in singles with a record of 15-6 this season. Ella Maiden has also reached double digits with 12 singles wins.
* Kate Oberle is the team's standout in doubles with eight wins this season. Ella Frantz and Megan Long have both added seven wins in doubles competition. 
* If Anderson defeats Rose-Hulman, they will advance to the HCAC Championship on Sunday against the winner of Transylvania and Hanover.

SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman leads the all-time series between both teams with a record of 15-10 against the Ravens.
* The Fightin' Engineers defeated the Ravens earlier this season with a final score of 6-3. 
* The Ravens defeated Rose-Hulman in last year's HCAC semifinal match in a competitive contest with a final score of 5-4.
