TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team will travel to take on the University of Southern Indiana in an exhibition match on Wednesday, September 25 at 7 PM CT. The game can be streamed live on ESPN+, the first Rose-Hulman game in school history to be streamed on the ESPN family of networks.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers enter their exhibition against Southern Indiana with a record of 1-3-2 overall this season.
* The team comes off a competitive loss to #15 Ohio Northern with a final score of 1-0.
* Tyler Eldridge and Eli Miller each lead the team with two goals this season totaling four points. 
* John Biederstedt has been in goal for the Fightin' Engineers this season totaling 29 saves with a 1.33 goals against average and 78.4% save percentage. 
* Rose-Hulman has been selected to win the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in the league's preseason poll receiving 79 points and 7 first-place votes.
* The Fightin' Engineers finished last season with a record of 12-5-3 overall and 6-2-1 in the HCAC to claim the #3 seed in the postseason tournament. 
* The team went on to win the HCAC Tournament taking out the top two teams in the league to advance to their second consecutive NCAA Tournament. 
* Rose-Hulman suffered a close loss in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to Ohio Wesleyan with a final score of 2-0.
* The squad returns four all-conference players from last year's team including Peter Borger, John Biederstedt, Elijah Hardersen, and Chase Kedzior. 
* Along with the returning all-conference players, Julius Salinas, Jacob Pohl, and Tyler Eldridge have been named players to watch by the HCAC. 
* After traveling to USI, Rose-Hulman will begin conference play traveling to face Bluffton on Saturday, September 28 at 3:30 PM. 

UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN INDIANA NOTES: 
* Southern Indiana stands at 0-7 heading into Wednesday's exhibition against Rose-Hulman.
* The team comes off a loss to Purdue University Fort Wayne with a final of 1-0.
* Ahiro Nakamae leads the team with three goals scored and six points so far this season. 
* Andrew Klott is the team's goalkeeper with 32 saves, a 3.08 goals-against average, and a 61.5% save percentage.
* After hosting Rose-Hulman, USI will host Eastern Illinois University on Saturday, September 28 at 12:30 PM. 

SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman has only played USI one other time in program history. 
* The team earned a draw in the match during the 1978 season with a finals score of 1-1.
