TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's tennis team opened their 2024-25 conference campaign on Saturday with a 7-0 victory over the Manchester Spartans.
The Fightin' Engineers opened the match quickly with a pair of 6-0 victories for the #2 and #3 doubles teams of
Andrew Leonard and
Renato Prado as well as
Matthew Hydrick and
Eli McIntyre.
In singles, three more Rose-Hulman players completed the win with bagel victories.
Grant Paradowski,
Ervin Perkowski, and
Ephraim Guthrie all completed 6-0, 6-0 victories to seal the win.
Rose-Hulman returns to action on October 5 as they host the Earlham Quakers at 10 AM and the Greenville Panthers at 4 PM as a part of their Homecoming Tri-Match.
