TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's basketball team will travel to continue conference play taking on Berea on Saturday, January 4 at 1 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands atop the HCAC in a four-way tie for first place with a record of 6-5 overall and 3-1 in the HCAC.
* The team has won their last four games defeating Earlham 74-59, Anderson 83-67, Greenville 63-54, and Spalding 48-47.

Jamie Baum has been the star for Rose-Hulman this year, leading the team with 18.1 points per game and 7.2 rebounds per game. She is also shooting 42.2% from beyond the arc and totaling 29 steals and 16 blocks, leading the team in all three categories.

Emma Schipp and
Sophia Reese have also been productive scorers, averaging 8.9 and 8.6 points per game.
* Schipp also ranks second on the team with 5.9 rebounds per game.
* The Fightin' Engineers were picked to finish sixth in the HCAC preseason coaches poll, receiving 46 poll points.

Jamie Baum earned 1st-team all-HCAC honors last season.
* After traveling to Berea, Rose-Hulman will return to action on the road facing Mount St. Joseph on Wednesday, January 8 at 7 PM.

* Berea ranks eighth in the HCAC standings with a record of 6-5 overall and 1-3 in the HCAC.
* The team comes off two wins in the Music City Classic over Kean University 70-43, and Rhodes College 46-35.
* LynKaylah James leads the team with 14.0 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game.
* Jayden Merriweather also averages double figures with 10.5 points per game.
* After facing Rose-Hulman, Berea will travel to take on Earlham on Wednesday, January 8 at 7 PM.
