Football Returns Home to Host The Anderson Ravens Saturday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Fightin' Engineer's football team will return home to host Anderson on Saturday, November 8, at 2 PM. 

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands at 2-6 overall and 2-2 in the HCAC this season.
* The Fightin' Engineers come off a big road win over Manchester with a score of 35-13.
* Alexander Marsteller had a career day against the Spartans, recording 203 rushing yards and two touchdowns. 
* Hunter Kauffman earned HCAC Special Teams Athlete of the Week for his blocked punt return for a touchdown against Manchester. 
Jay Smith is the team's leading rusher with 650 yards and five rushing touchdowns.
Adam Yue leads the team under center with 1032 yards passing and seven passing touchdowns. 
Ben Klein is the top option for Rose-Hulman at receiver, totaling 236 yards on 24 catches with one touchdown this year. 
Rudy Griffing leads the defense with 70.0 tackles on the year. 
* He is joined by Gabe Adams, who leads the team with 8.5 tackles for loss, eight QB hurries, and 4.5 sacks this season. 
* The Fightin' Engineers have been picked to finish third in the HCAC Preseason Poll, conducted by the league's head coaches. 
* The team earned 26 points in the preseason poll results. 
* Rose-Hulman finished last season in third place in the HCAC after earning an overall record of 5-5 and a conference record of 4-2. 
* The team returns five HCAC All-Conference selections from last year, including Jay SmithBen KleinMarshall KochWyatt Bell, and Antonio Barnes
* The Fightin' Engineers are led by Head Coach Jeff Sokol, who enters his 15th season with Rose-Hulman. Sokol has led Rose-Hulman to three HCAC Titles and two NCAA Playoff appearances in 2016 and 2021. 
* After hosting Anderson, Rose-Hulman will wrap up their regular season at home against Mount St. Joseph University for Senior Day on Saturday, November 15, at 1:30 PM. 

ANDERSON NOTES:
* Anderson stands at 1-7 overall and 0-4 in the HCAC this season.
* The Ravens come off a loss to Franklin with a final score of 41-7.
* Carson Brookbank leads the team under center with 638 passing yards and three touchdowns. 
* Albert Rabb is the Raven's leading rusher, totaling 414 yards and six rushing touchdowns on the year. 
* Preston Yoder is the top receiver for Anderson with 24 catches for 267 yards and three touchdowns. 
* Jake Simpson leads the defense with 84.0 tackles this year.
* Jaylen Hayes is the Raven's sack leader with 4.0 sacks and 13.0 tackles for loss this season.
* The Ravens were selected to finish fifth in the HCAC Preseason Poll, receiving 15 points. 
* The team is led by Head Coach Jonathan Coddington in his third season with the Ravens.
* After traveling to face Rose-Hulman, Anderson will wrap up their season on the road at Manchester on Saturday, November 15, at 1:30 PM.
