TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team will return to Hulbert Arena to face #4 WashU on Tuesday, December 9, at 6:30 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands at 4-2 overall and 2-0 in the HCAC this season.
* The Fightin' Engineers come off back-to-back conference wins against Manchester, 95-72, and Bluffton, 85-78.
* The team's other wins have come against St. Scholastica, 64-53, and Illinois Tech, 73-72.

Joey Schmitz currently leads the team with 17.2 points per game, shooting 55.9% from the floor and 50% from beyond the arc.
* Schmitz also leads the team in steals with 12 and minutes, averaging 31.8 minutes per game.

Cole Pride has also been a standout, recording 11.7 points per game, 5.2 rebounds per game, and a team-high 15 blocked shots.

Christian Torres leads the team on the glass with 7.5 rebounds per game, while also totaling 8.8 points per game this season.

Daniel Savovic has been another difference maker with 10.3 points per game and a team-high 19 assists.
* The Fightin' Engineers are currently shooting 48.4% as a team and 33.6% from beyond the arc.
* Rose-Hulman has been selected to finish second in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 72 points and three first-place votes.
* The team returns Second Team All-HCAC and HCAC Newcomer of the Year honoree

* The Bears are undefeated at 7-0 so far this season.
* The team comes off a win over Webster with a final score of 84-79.
* WashU is currently ranked fourth in the NCAA Division III D3hoops.com Top-25 Poll.
* The team is led by Connor May with 18.1 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game.
* May also leads the team with 20 assists and 13 steals.
* Anthony Przybilla also averages double figures with 14.6 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.
* On the year, the team is shooting 52% from the field and 37.3% from beyond the arc.
* The team is led by Head Coach Pat Juckem in his eighth season with the Bears.
