TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman women's tennis team hosted Manchester University in HCAC action on Thursday. The team came away with a shutout win with a score of 7-0. This improves the team to 6-9 overall and 5-0 in the HCAC.
Rose-Hulman swept the doubles competition with
Addie Patterson and
Lia Taylor claiming the win at No. 1 doubles 6-0.
Camille Clark and
Emerson Donaldson earned a win at No. 2 doubles with a score of 6-0.
The Fightin' Engineers continued to dominate in the singles competition. Taylor earned the win at No. 1 singles 6-1, 6-1. Donaldson picked up a win at No. 2 singles 6-1, 6-0. Clark rounded out the top three singles players with a win in the No. 3 spot, 6-2, 6-2.
The Rose-Hulman women's tennis team will return to action this weekend, hosting Principia on Saturday, April 5, at 11:30 AM.
