TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has named
Ryan Truskowski as the new assistant sports information director.
Truskowski comes to Rose-Hulman after spending the past two years as the sports communication graduate assistant at Upper Iowa University.
"I am thrilled to be a part of the Fightin' Engineers athletic staff, and I look forward to all the relationships I will be able to form at Rose-Hulman," said Truskowski. "The staff and community have been very welcoming and I hope to make a positive impact on the program in any way that I can."
During his time with the Peacocks, he was the primary contact for multiple sports, managed and supervised student workers, and assisted the sports information director in writing press releases, recording statistics, and updating the athletic website with promotional information on the university's sports teams.
"We are very excited to have Ryan as a part of our sports information staff at Rose-Hulman," said Associate Athletic Director for Communications and Public Relations
James Vinson. "Ryan is a bright young professional in the sports information industry, and he will make an immediate impact in helping us promote and tell the stories of our student-athletes and varsity sports programs."
Truskowski earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2022. He later completed his master's degree in business administration with a sports administration emphasis from Upper Iowa University in 2025.
