TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team will continue conference play, traveling to take on Manchester on Wednesday, January 21, at 7:30 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman stands at the top of the HCAC with a record of 10-6 overall and a HCAC record of 7-2.
* The Fightin' Engineers have won their last two conference games, defeating Hanover, 81-61, and Franklin, 74-48.
* Rose-Hulman currently stands in a tie for first place in the HCAC standings with Anderson.

Joey Schmitz currently leads the team with 14.4 points per game and also leads the team in steals with 28.

Christian Torres leads the team on the glass with 7.9 rebounds per game, while also totaling 10.4 points per game this season and an impressive 59.4% field goal percentage.

Cole Pride has been another difference maker, totaling 12.9 points per game and a team-high 18 blocked shots.

Evan Gentile has been another difference maker, averaging 10.1 points per game while shooting 39.5% from beyond the arc.
* The Fightin' Engineers are currently shooting 47.5% as a team and 34.2% from beyond the arc.
* Rose-Hulman has been selected to finish second in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 72 points and three first-place votes.
