Rose-Hulman Matches-Up with the Lions in Grey Matters Awareness Game

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Rose-Hulman hosts the Mt. St. Joseph Lions in the Grey Matters Awareness Game on Saturday, October 10 at 1 PM.
 
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman has recorded an overall mark of 6-2-1.
* The Fightin' Engineers are 1-1-1 in the HCAC, where they are coming off a 3-1 win over Anderson.
* Ally Smith scored the opening goal in the team's win over Anderson.
* Iliana Hernandez scored two goals in the game, which were just four minutes apart from each other.
* Rose-Hulman has eight different players that have scored two or more goals this season.
* Lena Darini and Emma Johns lead the team with seven points.
* Darini has scored a team-leading three goals, while adding one assist against Anderson.
* Johns has recorded two goals and a team-high three assists.
* Alicia Gonzalez has hauled in nine saves, while allowing two goals in the past two games.
* She sits atop the HCAC with an 84.2% save percentage, totaling 32 saves on the year.
 
MT. ST. JOSEPH NOTES:
* The Lions are the reigning HCAC Regular Season Champions.
* Mt. St. Joseph currently sits at 6-2-2 with a perfect 3-0-0 HCAC record.
* The team is coming off a 4-0 win over Franklin and 3-1 win over Berea.
* Senior Mary Anhofer leads the HCAC with 19 points on eight goals and three assists.
* Anhofer has attempted a conference leading 19 shots on goal with 29 total shots.
* She scored two goals against Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Franklin.
* Sophomore Gabrielle Eagan has added ten points with four goals and two assists.
* Sophomore Preslee Rugg ranks third on the team with eight points, totaling three goals and two assists.
* Senior Megan Kallmeyer has recorded an 80.0% save percentage with 36 saves.
 
SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman will face Mt. St. Joseph for the 25th time in school history.
* The Fightin' Engineers trail in the series with a record of 8-14-2.
