GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's tennis team suffered a road loss to DePauw on Sunday with a score of 7-0. This drops the team to 1-2 overall this season.
Ephraim Guthrie led the Fightin' Engineers with a strong performance at No. 5 singles. After falling in the first set 1-6, Guthrie answered with a win in the second set with a score of 6-2 to force a third-set tiebreaker.
Guthrie fell short in the third set with a final score of 10-7.
The Fightin' Engineers will look to bounce back on the road against Hope College on Friday, February 13, at 2 PM.
