TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers women's tennis team will travel to take on Principia on Saturday, March 28, at 12 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers stand at 5-7 overall and 2-0 in the HCAC this season.
* Rose comes off a conference win over Franklin with a final score of 6-1.

Emerson Donaldson leads the team with six singles wins this season.
* Donaldson and
Nova Gladden have been the most successful doubles teams with five wins each.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish second in the HCAC Preseason Poll, receiving 40 points and two first-place votes.
* The team returns First Team All-HCAC honorees
Lia Taylor and
Emerson Donaldson from last year's team.

Lia Taylor was also awarded the HCAC Newcomer of the Year last season.

Nova Gladden, and
Camille Clark all earned All-HCAC Honorable Mention last year for their efforts.
* The team is led by Head Coach
Matt Wilson in his third season at the helm of the tennis program.
* After facing Principia, Rose-Hulman will return to HCAC action, hosting Transylvania on Saturday, April 4, at 10 AM.
PRINCIPIA NOTES:
* Principia enters the weekend with a record of 4-5 overall.
* The team comes off a loss to Monmouth with a final score of 5-2.
* Saray Hernandez Cisneros leads the team competing in the No. 1 singles spot.
* Hernandez Cisneros and Sophia Marvin are the team's top doubles team.
* The team is led by Head Coach Shannon Carney in her 17th year with the team.
* After facing Rose-Hulman, Principia will host Illinois College on Tuesday, March 31, at 5:15 PM.
PRINCIPIA SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman leads the all-time series between both teams with a record of 4-3 against the Panthers.
* The Fightin' Engineers won their last match against the Panthers in 2025 with a score of 6-1.
* The last time Principia defeated Rose-Hulman was in 2024 with a score of 7-2.
* Rose has an all-time away record of 2-3 when traveling to face Princpia.
