Box Score TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman women's tennis team earned a hard-fought victory against Anderson on Saturday with a final score of 5-2. This advances the team to 9-8 overall and 4-1 in the HCAC.
The Fightin' Engineers started off strong by winning the doubles point. The No. 2 team of
Camille Clark and
Paige Mills picked up a win with a score of 6-1. The No. 3 team of
Emerson Donaldson and
Nova Gladden also earned a victory with a final score of 6-2.
The team continued to thrive in the singles competition, winning four of the six singles matches.
Emerson Donaldson led the team with a win at the No. 2 spot with scores of 4-6, 6-0, 6-2.
Camille Clark was another winner at the No. 4 spot with scores of 3-6, 6-1, 6-1.
Autumn Korey rounded out the top three singles performances for the Fightin' Engineers with a win at No. 5 singles, 6-3, 6-0.
The Rose-Hulman women's tennis team will hit the road to continue their conference schedule, facing Hanover on Saturday, April 25, at 10 AM.
