TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Rose-Hulman's dynamic duo of
Erin Nolan and
Elizabeth Ma has hauled in All-HCAC First Team honors, with Nolan being named the HCAC Athlete of the Year.
Senior
Erin Nolan becomes the fifth player in program history to be named the HCAC Athlete of the Year. She won the HCAC Individual Championship with a score of 233 (+14), finishing at least nine strokes better than all her opponents. Nolan recorded an average round score of 80.14 on the season, which ranks in the top ten in Rose-Hulman's record book. She recorded top-seven finishes in all seven tournaments she appeared in, highlighted by second-place finishes at the HCAC Fall Preview and Raven-Rose Rumble. Nolan concludes her illustrious career as a four-time All-HCAC First Team honoree, ranking sixth in school history with a career scoring average of 81.52. She thrived at the HCAC Championships every season, recording finishes of 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 7th place across her four years.
Junior
Elizabeth Ma claimed All HCAC First Team recognition for the third consecutive season. Ma recorded a second-place finish at the HCAC Championships, posting a score of 242 (+23). She led Rose-Hulman with an average round score of 79.40, which currently ranks sixth in a season in program history. Ma achieved four top-three finishes across the five tournaments she appeared in, highlighted by a first-place finish at the Raven-Rose Rumble and a second-place finish at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate. Ma has also found success throughout her decorated career at the HCAC Championships, recording 2nd, 3rd, and 5th place finishes during her three seasons.
