TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Fightin' Engineers will open their 2026 campaign at home against the Greenville Panthers. The match will be held on Tuesday, September 1 at 8 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers recorded a mark of 10-5-4 last season, going 4-2-3 in the HCAC.
* Rose-Hulman concluded the regular season by finishing third in the HCAC.
* The team defeated Anderson 1-0 in the HCAC Quarterfinals, before falling to Hanover 2-1 in the HCAC Semifinals.
* Head Coach,
Sean Helliwell has recorded a top three finish in the HCAC for 15 consecutive seasons.
* The Fightin' Engineers return six players from last season who scored three or more goals in seniors
Oliver Fila and
Chase Kedzior, and juniors

Ryan Shapiro,
Cameron Hannah, and
Nick Phillips.
* Shapiro led Rose-Hulman with 11 points, recording four goals and three assists.
* He scored three goals in a four-game span against Wabash, Principia, and Millikin.
* Fila and Kedzior each added ten points, scoring three goals while dishing out four assists.
* Kedzior recorded both a goal and an assist against Saint Mary-of-the-Woods and Earlham.

Cameron Hannah scored four goals, highlighted by a season-high two goals against Millikin.
* Miller attempted 41 shots, leading the team with 24 shots on goal.
* Sophomore
Justin Burns started all 19 games in goal.
* He recorded a 78.9% save percentage with 56 saves.
* Burns accumulated nine shutouts, while allowing just 0.79 goals per game.
GREENVILLE NOTES:
* The Panthers had a near identical record to RHIT, going 10-5-3.
* Greenville went undefeated in the SLIAC regular season with a record of 6-0-2.
* They advanced to the conference championship, falling 1-0 to Lyon.
* Sophomore William Carlson Webb leads all returners with 14 points on five goals and four assists.
* He recorded a hat trick in just 40 minutes against St. Louis Pharmacy.
* Juniors Izan Gonzalez Rivera and Richard Kerwer each scored four goals while adding two assists.
* Gonzalez Rivera put together a four-game streak with at least one goal or assist.
* Sophomore Tian Poyo posted a record of 7-3-1 in goal.
* He recorded 56 saves, accumulating a save percentage of 82.4%.
SERIES HISTORY:
* This will be the 31st career meeting between Rose-Hulman and Greenville.
* The series has been extremely competitive, as the Fightin' Engineers lead with a record of 14-13-3.
* Rose-Hulman is currently on a three-game winning streak.
