LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rose-Hulman journeys to Louisville, Kentucky for a double header weekend. The Fightin' Engineers will take on Spalding on Friday, September 4 at 8 PM and Centre on Sunday, September 6 at 5 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman has been picked to finish third in the HCAC Preseason Poll.
* The Fightin' Engineers opened the season with a 4-0 victory over the Greenville Panthers.

Ryan Shapiro scored two goals for the first time in his career.

Wil Bell scored on a header in his first game back in action.

SPALDING NOTES:
* Spalding recorded a mark of 4-9-4 during the 2025 season.
* The Golden Eagles opened the season with a 6-0 defeat to Hanover.
* Hanover outshot Spalding 22-6, while recording seven shots on goal to two from Spalding.
* The team's two shots on goal came from freshman Ryder Roberson and senior Adam Gritton.
* Roberson and senior William Anderson and freshman Ethan Welsh appeared in all 90 minutes.
CENTRE NOTES:
* The Colonels posted a record of 3-9-6 last season.
* Centre kicked off the year with a 1-0 loss to Georgetown College.
* The Colonels outshot Georgetown 20-10, but they only recorded five shots on goal.
* Sophomore Declan Miller hauled in five saves with an 83.3% save percentage.
* Senior Nick Blair and freshman Landon Davis each appeared in all 90 minutes.
SPALDING SERIES HISTORY:
* This will be the second career match-up between Rose-Hulman and Spalding.
* Spalding won the lone game by a score of 2-0 in 2008.
* The Fightin' Engineers recorded eight shots on goal, but Spalding goalkeeper Greg Stenger made eight saves.
CENTRE SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman will meet with Centre for the 25th time in their history.
* Centre leads the series with a record of 15-8-1.
* Both teams last met in 2015, with Rose-Hulman winning 2-1.
* Ross Klauer and Stephen Varkoly each scored goals for the Fightin' Engineers.
