LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rose-Hulman concluded the Spalding Invitational with a 2-2 tie against the Centre College Colonels.

Oliver Fila scored a goal for the second consecutive game, as he converted on a penalty kick early in the match. Senior
Chase Kedzior added Rose-Hulman's second goal of the game off an assist from junior
Ryan Shapiro.
All three players have scored or assisted in all three games this season, and Shapiro currently leads the HCAC with seven points on three goals and one assist.
Tyler Smith would score both of the Colonels' goals, and he would also add a goal on a penalty kick.
The Fightin' Engineers outshot the Colonels 10-7, but they would allow four shots on goal while attempting two shots on target.
Rose-Hulman remains undefeated on the season, as they field a record of 2-0-1. They will stay on the road as they go up against Wabash on Wednesday, September 9, at 5 PM.
