TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers football team returns to action on the road this weekend against Kalamazoo on Saturday, September 12, at 1 PM.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers stand at 0-1 overall this season after a narrow loss to #13 DePauw with a final score of 31-23.

Brock Zanetell was exceptional in his Rose-Hulman debut, posting 259 passing yards with two passing touchdowns.
* Zanetell also led the team in the run game, totaling 53 rushing yards with one rushing touchdown.
*
Avery Cody was the top target, totaling 100 receiving yards and one touchdown.
*
Joseph Coveliers was the standout defensively, totaling 11 tackles, one tackle for loss, and one sack.
*
Austin Hastings was another standout defender with five tackles, an interception, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.
* Rose-Hulman has been picked to finish fourth in the HCAC Preseason Poll, earning 21 points.
* Rose returns six All-HCAC honorees from the 2025 campaign.
* The team's top returners include First Team All-HCAC defensive back
Antonio Barnes and Second Team All-HCAC and Third Team All-Region defensive back
Wyatt Bell.

* The Fightin' Engineers are led by Head Coach
Jeff Sokol, entering his 16th season at the helm of the football program.
* After traveling to face Kalamazoo, Rose-Hulman will return home to host Albion on Saturday, September 19, at 1 PM.
KALAMAZOO NOTES:
* Kalamazoo stands at 0-1 overall this season after a loss to Kenyon with a final score of 40-10.
* Brayden Ledin led the team under center with 153 passing yards and one touchdown.
* Ledin was the team's top rusher, totaling 27 yards with a long of 14 yards.
* Aaron Zekman was the top target with five catches for 51 yards.
* Zach Sykes was the standout defensively with 10 tackles and one tackle for loss.
* Leonard Humphreys was another standout with five tackles and a team-high 2.5 tackles for loss.
* Kalamazoo is led by Head Coach John Krajacic in his first season with the Hornets.
* After hosting Rose-Hulman, Kalamazoo will travel to face Anderson on Saturday, September 19, at 6 PM.
