Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology baseball coach Adam Rosen added to his roster by signing 9-year old Daniel through Team IMPACT, a national non-profit organization that has developed a unique multiyear program that matches children facing serious illnesses and disabilities with college athletic teams across the country.

Daniel was officially introduced at a "signing" press conference on Tuesday at the Rose-Hulman Sports and Recreation Center after participating in workouts during the 2022 fall season.

By signing with the team, Daniel will participate in many activities with the baseball team including games, practices and other events.

"Daniel is a special young man, and we are so excited to officially welcome him to the Rose-Hulman family.  We are always looking for ways to improve our baseball program, and we are much better now with Daniel on our roster.  We are excited about the impact Daniel will continue to make on our program moving forward," said Rosen.

The 2023 Rose-Hulman baseball home season begins on Saturday March 11 against Alma.
