Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology

Young enters his 2nd season as the defensive backs coach at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology during the 2024 season.

Prior to joining the Fightin' Engineers, Young was a Safeties Coach and Linebackers Coach for HCAC foe Manchester University from 2021-2023.

Young also coached as a Defensive Graduate Assistant at Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas from 2018-2021. The Bearkats won the 2020 Southland Conference Championship and the FCS National Championship with Coach Young on staff. He was also a Wide Receivers coach at Division III Gustavus Adolphus in Saint Peter, Minnesota in 2017.

Andrew received his Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Communications from Southwestern University (TX) in 2017. He then received his Master's degree in Digital Media from Sam Houston State in 2021.
