Corey Potter begins his 7th year on the Rose-Hulman football staff in the 2024 season.
Potter was a part of the 2021 HCAC Championship team that made the program's second ever Division III Playoff appearance.
Potter serves as the kicking and punting coach for the Fightin' Engineers after a decade coaching at both Terre Haute North High School and with the Vigo County Youth Football League. He has conducted private kicking and punting lessons since 1988, and served as the junior varsity and kicker/punter coach at Terre Haute North.
As a player, Potter was a member of the 1983 NCAA Division I-AA National Championship team at Southern Illinois University. He completed his college career as a 2-year letterman at Indiana State University in 1986 and 1987. Potter served as special teams captain and was named MVP of Special Teams at Indiana State in 1987.
Potter earned a bachelor's degree at Indiana State in 1988 and is currently a Commercial Account Executive with EPIC Insurance Midwest.
The Terre Haute native is married to wife Terri and has three daughters and one son. His son Zach was the punter at holder at Army West Point from 2016-19.
