Lucas Skibba enters his second season at Rose-Hulman as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the upcoming 2025 season.
Skibba has exhibited a strong history of coaching success during his career. He comes to Rose-Hulman from Wilmington College where he served as the Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator for the Quakers. In 2023, he led Wilmington to one of their best offensive seasons that included their most rushing yards since 2014, their least sacks allowed since 2018, their most points scored since 1999, and their most yards per game since joining the OAC.
Prior to his time at Wilmington, Skibba served as a Graduated Assistant Offensive Line coach at three different schools at three different levels including Northern Illinois (FBS), Murray State (FCS), and Wisconsin-Whitewater (DIII).
Skibba has also made stops at Dakota State University as the Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator as well as Coffeyville Community College as a Tight Ends coach.
Skibba earned his Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Recreation from Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2016. He has also earned two Master's degrees including Higher Education - Athletic Administration from Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2020 and Sports Management from Northern Illinois in 2021.
