Pat DeLaney enters his third season as assistant men's soccer coach at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology during the 2025 season.
DeLaney takes over the assistant coach position following his time as an assistant coach at The Phelps School on the East side of Philadelphia. He was also an assistant men's soccer coach at Haverford College, a Division III school in Pennsylvania.
Preceding his time at Haverford, DeLaney was an assistant women's soccer coach at Ursinus College. He also served as the Goalkeeper coach at FC Delco, a women's soccer club in Philadelphia. He coached goalkeepers at all levels from 8u to 19u during his time with the club.
DeLaney earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports & Rec Management with a minor in Business in 2020 from James Madison.Â
