TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team will look to get back to its winning ways Sunday with a 2 p.m. game at Centre College in Danville, Ky.

Rose-Hulman, which ranked ninth in the most recent Great Lakes Regional poll by nscaa.com, enters the game with a 5-1 record after defeating Webster 3-0 and falling at Illinois Wesleyan 4-1 last week. The loss to Illinois Wesleyan was the Fightin Engineers' first loss of the season. In addition, Rose-Hulman went the first 495:41 seconds of the season before allowing a goal – the first goal the Titans scored early in the second half.

The Engineers have scored 10 goals by nine different players thus far this season. Freshman Eliska Saiz is the only Engineer to score multiple goals having scored both goals in the victory over Webster on Sept. 13. Junior goalkeeper Lucinda Combs has five shutouts including a .905 save percentage.

Centre currently sits with a 4-1-1 record on the season. The Colonels, who currently ranked seventh in the South Atlantic Region, most recently battled to a 1-1 draw with Case Western Reserve on Sept. 14. Centre's only loss was a 1-0 decision to Carleton College on Aug. 31.

Alex Combs, the twin sister of Lucinda, leads Centre with nine shots on goal. Anne Mitchell leads the Colonels with four goals and nine points on the season.

Rose-Hulman's all-time record in games against Centre stands at 4-4-1. The Colonels, however, have had the upper hand in last two meetings winning 2-1 in 2012 and drawing 0-0 in 2013.

Rose-Hulman returns home Wednesday, Sept. 1 for a game against St. Mary-of-the-Woods. The game is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at the Intramural Field.
