TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team returns home Saturday, Sept. 27 when the Fightin' Engineers Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) foe Defiance at 11 a.m.

Rose-Hulman enters the matches with a 3-1 record. The Engineers lost their season and conference opener to Hanover, but responded with victories over Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) members Trine and Olivet. Rose-Hulman notched its first conference victory Sept. 20.

Freshman Isabella Evans is 4-0 in singles competition on the season having won two matches at each the first and second singles flights. Senior Suzana Mohd is 2-0 at first singles.

Defiance comes into the match with an 0-5 record.

After Saturday's match, the Engineers return to action Saturday Oct. 4 with a noon match at Earlham.
