TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team opens its non-traditional season with a match at Franklin on Saturday, March 14. The match is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
The Fightin' Engineers finished their traditional season with a 10-2 mark including a 7-1 record in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) play. Rose-Hulman advanced to the HCAC Tournament final, falling to Hanover in the title match.
Senior Suzana Mohd was named the conference's Most Valuable Player as well as earning a spot on the All-HCAC First Team. Joining Mohd on the All-HCAC First Team was senior Kylie McCollum and freshman Isabella Evans. In addition to her spot on the All-HCAC First Team, Evans was named the HCAC Freshman of the Year.
After the match with Franklin, Rose-Hulman returns to action Saturday, March 21, with a noon CT match at Principia.
