TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology improved to 4-1 on the men's soccer season with a 1-0 victory over previously undefeated Millikin University on Saturday evening.
Sophomore Austin Webb scored the game winner in the first half, with junior Ben Lyon adding the assist. Sophomore Carter Wright had three saves in goal to lift the Fightin' Engineers to victory.
Rose-Hulman outshot Millikin 13-8 in the contest, led by Webb with eight shots.
David Bader led the Principia offense with five shots.
Rose-Hulman returns to action on Wednesday at 5 p.m. for their first away game of the season at Wabash.
