CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. -- Wabash College remained undefeated with a second half goal, topping Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology 1-0 in men's soccer action on Wednesday afternoon.
Spase Dorsuleski scored the lone goal in the 57th minute for his third score of the season and the game winner in a tightly contested match.
Both teams fired 14 shots in the contest, with junior Ben Lyon leading Rose-Hulman with three shots. Junior Brad Rostron added a pair of shots for the Fightin' Engineers.
Sophomore Michael Lawrence kept Rose-Hulman within striking distance with eight saves, including a pair of outstanding goal saving efforts.
Wabash improved to 6-0 on the season, while Rose-Hulman dropped to 4-2. The Fightin' Engineers return to action with a match at Wheaton College (Ill.) on Saturday night.
