Men's Soccer Narrowly Falls to No. 18 Chicago

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology battled the No. 18 ranked NCAA Division III men's soccer program in the country in a tight matchup before falling 1-0 to the University of Chicago on Sunday afternoon.

Matthew Koh scored the lone goal in the 61st minute on a pass from Nicco Capotosto.  Borin Hill recorded the shutout for Chicago with four saves.

Chicago outshot Rose-Hulman 11-6, although the Fightin' Engineers had opportunities to equalize in the second half.  Carter Wright recorded four saves for Rose-Hulman, and six different players recorded one shot each.

Chicago improved to 3-0 on the season, while Rose-Hulman dropped to 2-1.  The Fightin' Engineers return to action at home against Greenville College on Wednesday night.
