Men's Tennis Travels to Coe Saturday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's tennis team will face No. 36 Coe College on Saturday at 10 a.m. at an away matchup. The Fightin' Engineers will also face Wartburg College at 2 p.m. at Coe College.

Rose-Hulman stands 9-4 on the season after winning its last eight matches againt Division III teams. The Fightin' Engineers recently traveled to Butler University where they lost 7-0 to the Bulldogs.

Brandon Benedict has won two HCAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week awards and stands 12-4 in singles play and 12-6 in doubles matches this season.  Andre Adam has added 10 singles and 10 doubles wins, and Matt Conrad has won seven times in singles play and eight times in doubles action.

Another HCAC men's tennis player of the week honoree this season, Georges Adam, has added seven singles and 12 doubles wins, and Cam Metzger has six singles and 10 doubles victories

Coe has a 14-2 record this season with only losses to Aquinas College and University of Chicago. Wartburg College has an overall record of 6-8 this season, and faced a loss to the Fightin' Engineers (9-0) during the Florida Spring Trip.

After Saturday's action, Rose-Hulman will face Hanover College at home on Saturday, April 2nd at 11 a.m.
