TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Rose-Hulman men's and women's swimming and diving home season begins with a three-team home meet Friday at 6 p.m.

Rose-Hulman News & Notes:
* Rose-Hulman opened the season with a third-place men's finish and a fourth-place women's finish at the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet at Purdue last weekend.
* Rose-Hulman placed first among NCAA Division III men's programs and second among NCAA Division III women's programs last weekend.
* Rose-Hulman opens the season with its largest combined swimming and diving roster in program history. The squads include 39 men and 18 women.
* The roster includes three team members who won conference titles in Rose-Hulman's former league: Cam Gill (400 freestyle relay in 2015); Patrick King (200 butterfly in 2015 & 2016); and Ben Stone (400 & 800 freestyle relay in 2015)
* Current men's team members with school records include: Cam Gill (200 Backstroke, 800 Free Relay); Tyler Sariscsany (200 Free Relay) and Ben Stone (400 IM, 800 Free Relay).
* Current women's team members with school records include: Lauren Blake (200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 800 Free Relay); Bethany Lefeber (100 Butterfly, 200 Butterfly, 200 IM, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay); and Maria Kline (500 Free, 1000 Free, 1650 Free, 800 Free Relay).
The Opposition:
* Indiana State will visit the Rose-Hulman Natatorium for the first time in its second season as a women's varsity program.
* The Sycamores have a 5-5 dual meet record this season, including wins over Xavier and Olivet Nazarene last Saturday.
* Bellarmine will compete in its second meet this season, after competing in the Bellarmine-Centre Invitational earlier this month.

* After Friday's meet, the Rose-Hulman women's squad will travel to Illinois Wesleyan for a meet at 1 p.m. Central Time on Saturday afternoon.
