TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology will meet in-state rival Wabash College on Wednesday March 28. The men's tennis programs from the two Indiana institutions will meet in non-conference action at the Wabash Valley Tennis Center at 6 p.m.
Rose-Hulman enters Wednesday's match on a four-match winning streak. The Fightin' Engineers are coming off an impressive weekend that saw RHIT take down previously undefeated Greenville University 9-0. Rose quickly followed that win up with a 9-0 win over Illinois Tech. Rose-Hulman is 8-1 this season against NCAA Division III competition.
On Monday March 26, junior Andre Adam was named Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Adam picked up a pair of wins at the No. 2 singles flight and teamed up with Ian Landwehr to win a pair of No. 1 Doubles matches.
Wabash College brings an 8-8 overall record to Terre Haute.
