TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Members from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's tennis team will compete at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Regional in St. Louis this weekend.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
 Rose-Hulman players will compete in individual tournaments starting Friday morning in St. Louis.
 Play continues through singles and double championship matches on Monday morning.
RHIT NEWS & NOTES:
 * Rose-Hulman placed a school record eight players in the ITA Regional this week.  
 * Main draw singles players: Ian Landwehr, Andre Adam, Andrew Schiffman, Austin Perry, Joshua Giambattista
 * Ian Landwehr is the No. 5 seed in the ITA Central Regional draw.  Landwehr's seeding in the best at an ITA event in the history of Rose-Hulman tennis.
 * Ian Landwehr was named HCAC Player of the Year and ended the 2018 season ranked No. 40 nationally in the ITA singles rankings, after finishing 22-3 and a perfect 19-0 against D-III competition
 * Main doubles draw teams: Joseph Conrad-Adam; Schiffman-Perry
 * "B" draw singles players: Joseph Conrad, Ben Strate, Grant Stamper
 * The men's tennis has won four straight HCAC championships and made four straight NCAA Division III Tournament appearances heading into the season
 * Rose-Hulman finished the 2018 season at No. 18 in the ITA NCAA Division III Central Region rankings.
