* The Rose-Hulman men has placed third at the Indiana Division III Meet and fourth at the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet this season.
* Derick Miller was named HCAC Men's Swimmer of the Week after the Indiana D-III meet for winning the 100-butterfly (52.03) and being part of the winning 200-medley relay.
* Brendan King earned HCAC Men's Swimmer of the Week honors after the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet, led by a third in the 500-freestyle (4:52.98) and being part of a fifth place 200-free relay.
* The Fightin' Engineers finished 2nd in the HCAC last season in both the men's and women's team championships.
* Both the Rose-Hulman men and women have been picked to finish second in the HCAC this season, according to the preseason league coaches poll.
