TERRE HAUTE Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman women's soccer team will host their annual Grey Matters Awareness Game this Saturday against Millikin University. This event is to help raise awareness and money for brain cancer research.
Entrance to the match is free, but donations can be made at the admission table. All donations will be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. Anyone who decides to make a donation will receive a free wristband.
In addition, Mike Wells will be making a 66-mile run to Terre Haute for the Grey Matters Awareness Game on Saturday. Mr. Wells will be raising funds for our effort and the American Cancer Society. Students that attend the event can look forward to free t-shirts, phone wallets, pop sockets, and free pizza - presented by The Herd. For parents there is a limited number of event t-shirts that will be sold for a $10 donation. We hope to see you all there to help the Engineers support the fight against brain cancer.

* Maggie Sheerin leads the team with three goals and six points. Sheerin was named HCAC Player of the Week for her hat trick against SMWC.
* Jessica Wells ranks second on the team in scoring with one goal and three assists.
* The balanced scoring attack has also included goals from Katrina Agustin, Rachael Enrici, Lane Lawrence and Elle Ogden.
* Goalkeepers Katie Demert and Natalie Dillon have combined for a 1.75 goals against average, two shutouts and 21 saves this season.

* Millikin has a record of 1-2-1 on the season, highlighted by a 3-1 victory over Westminster (Mo.).
* Maddy Wood and Amanda Noser have scored two goals each this season to lead the Millikin offense.
