* Rose-Hulman picked up a win in their 2019 home opener agaisnt St. Mary-of-the-Woods last Friday with a final score of 5-0.
* Maggie Sheerin scored her first career hat trick with three goals to propel the St. Mary-of-the-Woods win.
* For her efforts on Friday night, Sheerin was named the HCAC Offensive Player of the Week.
* The Fightin' Engineers are coming off a 10-8 season and finished above .500 in conference play for the seventh straight year in 2018.
* Jessica Wells enters the 2019 season ranked No. 6 in Rose-Hulman history with 28 career goals and is No. 7 all-time with 70 career points.
* Wells is a three-time first-team all-HCAC selection and was chosen third-team all-Great Lakes Region in 2018.
* Other upperclass leading returning scorers include senior Maddy Twetten with four goals, four assists, and 12 points; and junior Elle Ogden with four goals, four assists, and 12 points.
* Goalkeeper Katie Demert led the Engineer defensive effort in 2018 with 65 saves, 0.93 GAA, and .802 save percentage.
* After the Panthers, Rose-Hulman will travel to face Chicago University on Sunday, 9/8 at 3:00 PM CDT.

* Principia stands at 1-0 overall this season after a win in their home opener against Alverno College with a final score of 5-1.
* Georgia Rather is the teams leading scorer so far this season with 2 goals in the season opener.
