CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's track and field team came home 3rd at the Wabash Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
Isaiah Lilje led the Fightin' Engineers with a victory in the javelin throw (145' 0").
Second-place finishers included
Jacob Back in the long jump (20' 7");
Jacob Eve in the 400 (49.82);
Charlie Klein in the javelin (137' 9 1/2"); and
Mikey Holtz in the pole vault (12' 9 1/2").
Third-place finishers were Eve in the high jump (5' 10");
Josh Krsek in the shot put (38' 9"); and
Nathan Smith in the javelin (132' 5").
Rose-Hulman returns to action at the DePauw Invitational next weekend.
