DEFIANCE, Ohio -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team rolls over Defiance 7-0 behind goals from seven different players. Rose-Hulman improves to 4-2-3 on the season and 1-0-1 in the HCAC.

The Fightin' Engineers started off the first half strong as they outshot the Yellow Jackets 23-1 with three goals. Lane Lawrence got the scoring started in the 11th minute, and Katie Choi and Alicia Rodriguez both scored their first goals of the season in the final three minutes of the half.

In the second half, it was more of the same for Rose-Hulman as Kyra Hicks extended the lead to 4-0 in the 52nd minute. The Fightin' Engineers would tack on three additional goals in the final 13 minutes from Bri Camero-Sulak, Ella Johnson, and Tracy Orgera.

Overall, Rose-Hulman would outshoot Defiance 44-1 in the win.

Natalie Dillon and Lily Dore would combine for the clean sheet in goal for Rose-Hulman.
