NORTH MANCHESTER, Indiana -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team improved their unbeated streak to ten games with their 6-0 win over Manchester on Wednesday night. The Fightin' Engineers improve to 7-2-3 on the season and 4-0-1 in the HCAC, and this shutout ties the school record for most consecutive shutouts at six. They also improve their shutout minutes streak to 596.

The rain was coming down hard from the first whistle to the last, but it didn't stop the Fightin' Engineers from starting the scoring early in the first half as Camille Clark buried the opening goal in just the fifth minute of action off of a pass from Kiana Martin.

Sarah Shoemaker would keep it going for Rose-Hulman with a goal in the 16th minute off of assists from Lane Lawrence and Jayden Gibson.

To close out the half, the Fightin' Engineers would get a pair of goals in the final four minutes. Alicia Rodriguez would hit one right pass the goalie into the upper corner off of a pass from Alexis Willour in the 42nd minute. 

Then, Lauren Marquardt would slide one home in the 43rd minute.

In the second half, the Fightin' Engineers scored another pair with Kyra Hicks scoring just a minute into the half off of a pass from Marquardt.

Tracy Orgera would get the last one for Rose-Hulman off of a pass from Rodriguez.

Natalie Dillon and Lily Dore combined for the shutout as each goalie picked up one save.

The Fightin' Engineers will return to the pitch on Sunday afternoon as they travel to Bluffton for a 1:00 kickoff.
