TERRE HAUTE, Indiana -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team continued their winning ways on Saturday afternoon as they got a 7-0 victory in the Homecoming game. The Fightin' Engineers improve to 6-2-3 on the season and 3-0-1 in the HCAC while continuing their unbeaten streak to nine games.

The Fightin' Engineers started the scoring early in the first half as Kiley McKee hammered home a hot just below the bar from about 30 yards out in just the 7th minute. Kiana Martin had the assist on the goal.

In the 15th minute, Sarah Shoemaker scored one right past the keeper following a cross from Jayden Gibson.

In the 26th minute, Lane Lawrence slotted home a shot in the right corner off of a through ball from Camille Clark.

In the 34th minute, Alicia Rodriguez let a shot go from the corner of the box and buried it in the top right corner off of a pass from Ella Johnson.

In the 37th minute, Kyra Hicks continued her hot season with a goal following a flick header from Katie Choi and pass from Elsa King.

Then, in the 42nd minute, Lauren Marquardt scored off of a cross from Rodriguez for a 6-0 halftime lead.

In the second half, Marquardt scored her second of the game off of a long ball from Kiley McKee and cross from Rodriguez.

Natalie Dillon and Lily Dore combined for the shutout as Dore picked up one save.

The Fightin' Engineers will return to the pitch on Wednesday afternoon when they travel to Manchester for a 5:00 kickoff.
