TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Another school record for Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology sophomoreÂ
Jailen Hobbs paced a strong Fightin' Engineer performance at the Indiana University Billy Hayes Invitational.
Hobbs surpassed his own 100-meter dash school record with a time of 10.59 seconds in the preliminary round on Friday. He also holds the 200-meter dash school record with a time of 21.85 to win the HCAC championship last weekend.
Hobbs new school record standard of 10.59 seconds in the 100-meter dash stands No. 20 in NCAA Division III so far this season.
