ADA, Ohio -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team took their first defeat of the season on Saturday as they fell to Ohio Northern 2-0.
The Fightin' Engineers hung tough in a competitive first half with each team taking five shots, but in the second half, the Polar Bears would slot home two goals in the 53rd and 85th minutes.
John Biederstedt would make three saves in goal for Rose-Hulman, and
AJ Yilmaz would lead the offensive attack with four shots.
The Fightin' Engineers fall to 4-1-2 on the season and will return to action on Wednesday evening as they travel to Mount St. Joseph for a 7:30 PM kickoff.
