LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team fell to Transylvania on Saturday afternoon, 2-0.
The Fightin' Engineers came out strong in the first half, outshooting the Pioneers 7-1, but they were unable to take the lead.
The Pioneers were able to tack on two goals in the second half in the 72nd and 80th minutes to win the game 2-0.
Camille Clark led the team with four shots in the game, and
Lily Doré made three saves in the loss.
The Fightin' Engineers fall to 5-3-4 on the season and 4-2 in the HCAC. Rose-Hulman returns to their home field on Wednesday as they host the Franklin Grizzlies at 7 PM.
