BLUFFTON, Ohio -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team picked up their second win of the season and opened conference play with a 2-0 victory over Bluffton on Saturday.
Katie Choi opened the scoring in the 14th minute off an assist from
Kyra Hicks for her first goal of the season.
22 minutes later, the Fightin' Engineers doubled their lead on a goal by
Camille Clark with an assist from
Lauren Marquardt.
Lily Doré recorded her first clean sheet of the season and made four saves in the win for Rose-Hulman.
The Fightin' Engineers outshot the Beavers 30-7 in the win and had 21 shots on goal.
Rose-Hulman returns to action on Saturday, October 5 as they host the Transylvania Pioneers for their annual Homecoming game at 1 PM.
