TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's cross country team competed at the Nike XC Town Twilight Meet on Friday night. The team earned a second-place finish with a team score of 47. 

The team was led by Sam Rinker, claiming the win with a first-place finish in the 8k race with a time of 25:39.10. Behind him was Morgan Stratton with a 12th-place finish with a time of 27:20.50. Rounding out the top three finishers was Ben Tuckis, finishing in 13th with a time of 27:22.90. 

The Fightin' Engineers will travel to compete in the Augustana Interregional Invitational on Saturday, October 18, at 11:45 AM CT.
