TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers sit in second place in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Commissioner's Cup standings after the conclusion of the 2025 fall season.
The team trails Hanover College by 3.5 points for the lead in the standings, totaling 45 points so far this year. Rounding out the top three teams is Transylvania with a score of 39.
The Commissioner's Cup is awarded to the institution accumulating the most standings points in the HCAC's league championship events and is widely regarded as the most prestigious honor among the 10 conference institutions. The Fightin' Engineers won the 2024-25 Commissioner's Cup, claiming their ninth cup in school history.
Rose currently sits in third place in the Women's All-Sports standings behind Transylvania and Hanover with 20.5 points. The Fightin' Engineers stand in second place in the Men's All-Sports standings with 24.5 points, trailing Hanover with 26 points.
Rose-Hulman earned one HCAC Championship this fall with a first-place finish in men's cross country. The women's soccer team also contributed with a second-place finish in the regular season, later going on to win the HCAC Tournament.
The Commissioner's Cup came into existence in 2005-06, and Rose-Hulman seeks to win its 10th Commissioner's Cup in the 21-year history of the award.
